What we ordered....

What was received....


Can you believe it????
Now, I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with the second bouquet. It's just NOT what we ordered. It looks nothing like the first bouquet! I was seriously shocked when Phil showed me this picture he took.
I called and complained and they said they are going to refund my money (only after I insisted on speaking with the manager btw) which is nice but....
I still don't see how they can think this would be an acceptable substitution?
Oh and I should add, that I paid for the biggest one too. You know, they have small, medium and large?
Arg!!!!

OH MY HELL Dana!! That second one even has dirty water. Glad you got a refund but too bad she didn't get better flowers :(

OMG! You have got to be kidding me! No freaking way is that an acceptable substitution in my book. What'd they put in, about two stems of daisies and a carnation or two? I'd have been pissed as well. :( It's people like that that give the rest of us a bad name. :(

that looks like shit! (the 2nd one ;))

i've been burned so many times on FTD orders, i avoid them when i can. did you use FTD? i'm just curious b/c i'll add them to my list of companies to avoid!
